Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and service changes are handled for Algosphere Technologies projects, retainers, campaigns, training, and consulting services.

Project Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting us through email or phone. Cancellation eligibility depends on the approved scope, stage of work, resources allocated, third-party costs, and work already completed.

Refunds

Setup fees, discovery work, completed milestones, approved deliverables, training sessions already conducted, third-party platform charges, hosting, domain, ad spends, software subscriptions, and other external costs are generally non-refundable.

Partially Completed Work

If a project is cancelled after work has started, we may deduct the value of completed work, committed resources, administrative effort, and non-recoverable third-party costs before considering any refund.

Digital Marketing and Advertising

Advertising campaign results depend on audience behavior, platform review, budgets, competition, creative quality, and policies of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms is not controlled by Algosphere Technologies and is not refundable by us.

Training and Workshops

Training rescheduling or cancellation requests should be made before the scheduled session. Refunds are not guaranteed once access, materials, batches, mentoring, or sessions have started.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Send your request with your name, phone number, invoice or project reference, payment details, and reason for cancellation. We will review and respond with the next step based on the applicable agreement.
